Hotels and Accommodation

Hotels have set aside rooms at a fixed rate specifically for AOC participants and speakers, ensuring comfortable and convenient accommodations. Rooms are "pre-reserved" for the period from May 26th to May 29th, though you are welcome to extend or shorten your stay as needed. Radisson Blu Brugge

The Radisson Blu Brugge is within a 10 minute walking distance from the 16th AOC venue.

How to Book

1. Head to the Radisson Blu Bruges website
2. Fill in the right dates
3. Select a single room
4. Choose for a promotional code and fill in “AUTO2025”
5. Follow the rest of the instruction via the website

Martin´s Brugge

Martin´s Brugge is within a 10 minute walking distance of the 16th AOC venue.

Price: 

  • €180 per room, per night in single occupancy 
  • €200 per room, per night in double occupancy
